Private Executive Session by the M&A Club

The M&A Club invites you to an exclusive half-day session designed for entrepreneurs and business leaders looking to better prepare for the sale, transfer, or recapitalization of their company.

Led by recognized experts in M&A, taxation, transaction law, and wealth planning, this session will provide practical insights into the key elements of a successful transaction, including value creation, business preparation, market realities, tax planning, deal structuring, and legal considerations.

The session will also feature an exclusive discussion with Dominic Gagnon, serial entrepreneur and former President of Connect&Go, recently acquired by Peek.
