The M&A Club invites you to a unique gathering bringing together the mergers and acquisitions community for an interactive and highly engaging evening.

Hosted by Marc-André Nantais (Scotia Jarislowsky Fraser) and Ugo Dionne (M&A Club), this open mic-style event will give professionals the opportunity to share memorable experiences from transactions they have been involved in.

Some deals unfold exactly as planned. Others take unexpected turns, uncover unforeseen challenges, or present obstacles that test everyone involved. Often, these situations provide the most valuable lessons.

Throughout the evening, participants will be invited to share real-life stories from their M&A experience in a confidential and collegial setting, including:
