Our mission

The mission of the M&A Club is to connect mid-market M&A and corporate finance experts to generate real business opportunities. More than a database of passive contacts, the Club is built on the belief that the best deals happen when the right professionals come together in a structured setting.

The Club unites investors, lawyers, accountants, tax specialists, bankers, advisors, business valuators and other key players in a unique cross-disciplinary ecosystem that fuels opportunity. It fosters strategic discussions, drives the sharing of best practices, keeps members ahead of industry trends, and above all, helps bring quality mandates into closed deals.

Our events

A cornerstone of the M&A Club is the 150+ monthly meetings hosted each year across the country, giving members the chance to connect in a structured and productive setting.

These meetings are open to all members at no additional cost, offering privileged access to a national, diverse network composed exclusively of industry experts.

Our flagship events—the M&A Forum and the M&A Awards Gala—together with the Young Professionals in M&A Network, complement these gatherings by bringing the community together on a national scale.
