One of the Club’s signature events, the M&A Awards Gala highlights the most remarkable transactions and the top dealmakers of the year. With 10 outstanding categories, the Gala celebrates the excellence, innovation and impact of the largest transactions completed in Quebec and Ontario.
The M&A Forum brings together more than 350 M&A professionals for a unique half day of learning and networking. This one-of-a-kind event showcases keynote presentations, panels and exhibitors in a setting that is both professional and welcoming.

The M&A Club offers women professionals in mergers and acquisitions a dedicated space to expand their networks, build trusted relationships, and share their expertise.
Our first initiative, Midis M&A au féminin, consists of networking lunches facilitated by a moderator, where participants exchange experiences, deepen their knowledge, and forge strong connections that drive business development. And this is only the beginning—several other projects are underway to support and showcase women across the M&A ecosystem.
The Young Professionals in M&A Network (YPMA) is a division of the M&A Club for young M&A and corporate finance professionals. Founded in 2010, the YPMA offers future industry leaders exciting networking and professional development opportunities.
Every year, we organize events in Montréal offering networking and learning opportunities. The networking cocktails bring together more than 100 young professionals in a welcoming, relaxed setting, while the learning events take place in offices of M&A Club members.
