The M&A Club now expanded in the United States
The M&A Club now actively offers and supports the launch and facilitation of chapters and hosted meetings in the United States. We continue to welcome further expressions of interest from professionals located in major financial centres such as Miami, New York, Boston, Chicago, Seattle, and other U.S. cities where mergers and acquisitions and private equity activity are present.
Our model is particularly well suited to cross-border M&A between Canada and the United States. Through new U.S.-based chapters and hosted meetings, we aim to connect American M&A, private equity, financing, valuation, legal, tax, and transaction advisory professionals with Canadian practitioners active in the U.S. market..
