Our model is particularly well suited to cross-border M&A between Canada and the United States. Through new U.S.-based chapters and hosted meetings, we aim to connect American M&A, private equity, financing, valuation, legal, tax, and transaction advisory professionals with Canadian practitioners active in the U.S. market..
