The M&A Club is pleased to announce the appointment of Ben Jones, Partner – Corporate Finance at PwC Canada, as Co-President of the Toronto M&A Club Chapter, alongside Jason Saltzman, Partner at Dentons.
This new co-presidency marks an exciting chapter for the Toronto community. Together, Ben and Jason will continue to energize the chapter by fostering high-quality programming, strengthening member engagement, and advancing thoughtful dialogue across the Canadian M&A ecosystem.
Ben brings over a decade of experience advising private businesses on capital raises, divestitures, and mergers and acquisitions. A member of PwC’s Toronto Corporate Finance team since 2018, he began his M&A career with PwC Australia, where he developed broad buy-side, sell-side, and capital-raising expertise across a wide range of industries.
Known for his collaborative approach, Ben focuses on building strong relationships with leadership and management teams to fully understand their strategic objectives. He supports clients throughout the entire deal lifecycle—from early strategic planning and marketing to due diligence and transaction execution—bringing an inquisitive, analytical mindset to every mandate.
With complementary expertise and a shared commitment to the M&A community, Ben Jones and Jason Saltzman are well positioned to further strengthen the impact and reach of the Toronto M&A Club Chapter.
