Quebec is undergoing an unprecedented wave of business transfers — a historic opportunity for business owners to create value, expand operations, and accelerate growth. Yet acquisition-led growth remains largely underused by leaders.
Growth Through Acquisition was created to close that gap. Over three intensive days, participants learn to evaluate, structure, and complete acquisitions, supported by recognized M&A experts and a network of peers engaged in the same process.
Led by practitioners who work on transactions daily, this program combines strategic learning, peer exchange, and access to a premier professional network.
No prior M&A experience is required.
We start from your objectives and guide you step by step toward a clear, achievable acquisition strategy.

No. The program is designed for executives just beginning to think about acquisitions, as well as those looking to structure an approach already underway. We start from your objectives and your reality.
No. Sessions are not recorded in order to preserve the confidentiality of exchanges and encourage open discussions between participants and instructors.
Each candidate completes a registration form, which our team reviews carefully before confirming participation. We are selective, not to exclude, but to build cohorts where the quality of peer exchange is as valuable as the training itself.
Participants are responsible for submitting a request to their respective professional associations to have our training approved for eligibility.
Cohorts are deliberately kept small (15 to 20 participants) to encourage quality exchanges, open discussions, and meaningful networking. This also ensures each participant can raise their specific challenges during sessions.
At this time, the program is delivered in French in Montreal. A launch in Ontario and across Canada is planned for Fall 2026.
