ENTREPRENEURSHIP THROUGH ACQUISITION (ETA)
The M&A Club of Canada is launching, in partnership with McGill University’s Dobson Centre for Entrepreneurship, a new Entrepreneurship Through Acquisition (ETA) Program under the M&A Club Academy.
This initiative is led by the Club and designed to bridge structured training with direct access to the Canadian transaction ecosystem.
The program will follow a two-phase model
Phase I provides a comprehensive training path covering the full acquisition lifecycle — from acquisition thesis and deal sourcing to structuring, due diligence, financing, and post-acquisition leadership.
Phase II, the ETA Lab, is a hands-on environment where selected participants receive coaching, transaction support, and introductions to investors, lenders, and active deal professionals.
The first cohort is scheduled to begin this summer, and full program details will be released in the coming weeks.
Whether you are an aspiring acquirer, an investor, a searchfund or a professional active in the transaction ecosystem, we invite you to register your interest below to receive detailed information and indicate how you would like to be involved.
