Back to news list

The M&A Club is proud to announce the launch of its first-ever meeting in Hong Kong, marking an important milestone in the Club’s international expansion and its commitment to connecting M&A professionals across key global financial hubs.

On January 29, 2026, the Hong Kong chapter of the M&A Club will officially kick off with an inaugural evening event hosted at the offices of Tanner De Witt, one of Hong Kong’s leading independent law firms.

This first meeting is designed as a welcoming introduction to the M&A Club for the local community. It is open to all professionals active or interested in mergers and acquisitions, including advisors, investors, lawyers, financiers and corporate executives, who wish to learn more about the Club’s mission while building meaningful connections within the Hong Kong M&A ecosystem.

An Evening of Insight and Networking

Participants will have the opportunity to hear from:

  • Eric Cardinal, Senior Vice-President, M&A Club
  • Eddie Look, Partner, Tanner De Witt

The speakers will share perspectives on the M&A Club’s vision, its growing international network, and the role Hong Kong plays as a strategic hub for cross-border transactions in Asia and beyond.

The evening will conclude with a networking session, offering attendees a valuable opportunity to exchange ideas, strengthen relationships and engage with peers in a relaxed and professional setting.
