We are pleased to announce that Jennifer McMullan is joining the Ottawa M&A Club chapter as Co-President, alongside Sarwar Qureshi and Pamela Michel.
Jennifer is a Director in the Corporate Client Group at RBC, bringing over two decades of experience in mergers and acquisitions. Her career spans leading institutions including Export Development Canada, Business Development Bank of Canada, and HSBC, where she developed deep expertise in strategic deal-making, cross-border transactions, and asset-based lending. She has consistently delivered structured financing solutions for complex transactions, with a strong focus on execution and value creation.
Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Carleton University in Finance and International Business, and brings a well-rounded, global perspective to transaction structuring and financing strategies.
As Co-President, she is committed to fostering knowledge-sharing, mentorship, and collaboration among M&A professionals in the region. She is also actively involved in mentoring early-career talent and serves on the board of the Organization of Women in International Trade, where she champions the advancement of women in international trade and M&A leadership.
Her expertise supports companies through complex growth initiatives, acquisitions, and succession planning, with a strong focus on financing strategy and long-term value creation.
