Ontario Expansion – Joe Graci Appointed Managing Director for the M&A Club in Ontario

The M&A Club of Canada is pleased to announce the appointment of Joe Graci, CEPA, as Managing Director for Ontario. A seasoned entrepreneur and Certified Exit Planning Advisor, Joe brings over twenty years of experience building, exiting, and advising businesses. As an active member for the past two years, he now joins the leadership team to help drive the Club’s growth and engagement across the province.
In his new role, Joe will focus on expanding the Club’s presence in Ontario, strengthening its network, and developing programs for professionals in M&A, private equity, corporate finance, and business succession.
Among the initiatives under his leadership: the new Vaughan chapter led by Michelle Mondorf and Altea Yip (Loopstra Nixon), the relaunch of the Hamilton chapter with Pam Vermeesh (Gowling WLG) and Ruth Liebersbach (CFO Centre), and upcoming Women in M&A events, including the first Toronto lunch on October 30 hosted by Kelli Patel at Dentons.
The M&A Academy, set to launch in 2026, and a new series of evening networking events will also strengthen collaboration across Ontario’s M&A community.
