The M&A Club is proud to announce the appointment of France Camille De Mers, Partner in Business Law at Lavery, to its Advisory Board.
A recognized lawyer with expertise in mergers and acquisitions, transactional law, and business law, France Camille De Mers has been advising entrepreneurs, private companies, and organizations for many years on strategic transactions, business sales and acquisitions, as well as complex corporate reorganizations. Her practice also covers matters related to governance, corporate structuring, intellectual property, and information technologies—key areas for growing companies and participants in the M&A market.
Her appointment to the M&A Club Advisory Board is fully aligned with the organization’s mission: to foster the sharing of expertise, encourage dialogue among professionals in the mergers and acquisitions community, and actively contribute to the development of the Canadian M&A ecosystem. Through her experience and strategic legal perspective, France Camille will bring significant added value to the Board’s discussions and to the Club’s future directions.
