This annual report offers a clear overview of the challenges Canadian businesses are facing in a year marked by economic uncertainty, rising costs, weaker demand, and increased competition.
Drawing on extensive surveys and case studies, the report reveals the remarkable resilience of Canadian entrepreneurs, who continue to adapt, innovate, and pursue growth despite ongoing challenges. Notably, 92% of business owners say they would choose entrepreneurship again, underscoring the enduring appeal of independence and leadership in Canada’s business landscape.
The report also provides valuable insights into regional and sectoral trends, as well as the key strategies entrepreneurs are using to improve profitability and productivity across the country.
