Speakers:

• Oren Horovitz, Managing Director, Value Maximization - FirePower Capital

Oren leads FirePower's data and AI advisory practice, helping mid-market companies use data to maximize enterprise value before, during, and after M&A transactions. A former senior leader in PwC's Value Creation group, he has worked with Brookfield, OMERS, Roark, Walmart, and RBC on analytics-driven value creation programs. He brings two decades of experience at the intersection of data, AI, and M&A.

• Alan Chettiar, Partner, M&A Advisory - FirePower Capital

Alan leads FirePower's M&A Advisory team, drawing on 20+ years in venture capital and private equity and 100+ transactions at FirePower. A former principal at a boutique investment firm, he has advised entrepreneurs on growth strategy, capital allocation, and exits. Alan sits on FirePower's Investment Committee and serves as a board member to private companies. He holds an MBA from the Ted Rogers School of Management, an LLB from Dalhousie University, and a B.Com from St. Mary's University.
