Simon Leroux is a serial entrepreneur with hands-on experience in building, scaling, and exiting companies, including the successful sale of his most recent AI company to private equity firm KKR. Founder of Optionality, he has spent several years focusing his work on the impact of AI on private markets. Simon is known for his pragmatic approach and his ability to demonstrate how advisors can leverage AI to build real, sustainable, and defensible advantages in M&A.

Kosta Kostic is a partner in the corporate law group in Montréal with over 20 years of experience in business law. His practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, private equity, corporate finance, and securities law. He advises public and private companies on complex strategic transactions, including IPOs, public and private placements, and stock exchange listings. He also supports clients in takeover bids, privatizations, and governance matters. Recognized for his pragmatic approach, he serves on the Québec advisory committee of the TSX Venture Exchange.
