M&A Club Academy - Board Governance in M&A
From a Closed Transaction to a Successful Transaction.
Designed for board directors and advisory committee members, this training program will explore the board’s role throughout the M&A lifecycle: strategic alignment, transaction oversight, fiduciary duties, risk management, integration, and post-closing value creation.
Led by seasoned practitioners from Arsenal Conseils, Blakes, KPMG, and NATIONAL Public Relations, the program will combine practical frameworks, case studies, and discussions with experienced directors, executives, and investors.
