Topic: RBC’s Mid-Market M&A team will provide an update on the current Canadian M&A landscape including an overview of recent activity, valuation trends.

Speaker: Brandon Beadow is a Senior Director with RBC’s Mid-Market Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) group. In his role, Brandon is focused on providing owners of private businesses with advice in respect of planning, structuring and executing M&A transactions in a variety of succession and growth-related situations. Prior to joining the M&A team, Brandon worked with RBC Dominion Securities as an Associate Advisor. Brandon is a CFA charter holder.
