With over 20 years of experience in employee ownership, Jennifer has worked across multiple industries and geographies, crafting customized solutions for businesses of all sizes. As a 3x business owner and former CEO of an employee-owned company, she has a unique understanding of the financial, emotional, and practical dimensions of business transitions. Mike Nazarov, Tax Partner, KPMG
